* Update retracted Taiko taiko-alethia-client-v2.3.0 tag reference to v2.3.1 (v2.3.0 was removed from the upstream repo; v2.3.1 is the closest current release). * Remove broken /docs/reference/boba-api-quickstart link from boba-api-overview.mdx — no such page exists for Boba. * Point Starknet FAQ homepage link at https://www.starknet.io/ (canonical) instead of the legacy starkware.co/starknet/ page. * Retarget the Starknet error-code reference from StarkEx docs (docs.starkware.co/starkex/api/spot/error_codes.html — wrong product) to the canonical Starknet JSON-RPC spec at starkware-libs/starknet-specs, and repair the malformed markdown that had "for" concatenated into the link text. The previous commit on this branch removed the /docs/reference/boba-api-quickstart link because the target page did not exist. Follow-up ticket DOCS-153 is now creating that page (PR #1467), so the link is no longer broken. Restoring it here so that merging this PR does not leave a temporary regression on the Boba overview page. Refs DOCS-151 See also: DOCS-153 / #1467
…URL in lychee Per @dslovinsky's feedback on PR #1466: the 2026-05-14 changelog is a historical record and the taiko-client version deployed on that date was v2.3.0, so the entry should stay accurate even though upstream has since retracted the v2.3.0 tag. Revert the earlier v2.3.0 → v2.3.1 rewrite and add a narrow lychee exclude for the specific retracted URL. Refs DOCS-151
…lease Per @dslovinsky's final call on PR #1466: keep the visible text as 'taiko-alethia-client-v2.3.0' for historical accuracy of the 2026-05-14 changelog, but repoint the underlying URL to the v2.3.1 release (the closest surviving successor) so the site does not carry a live 404. Also drops the narrow lychee exclude added in the previous commit — no longer needed now that the link resolves. Refs DOCS-151
