Hi,
CNTV2DriverInterface::ReleaseStreamForApplicationWithReference, CNTV2DriverInterface::AcquireStreamForApplicationWithReference and CNTV2DriverInterface::ReleaseStreamForApplication functions don't work based on reference count on Windows, though they work as expected on Linux.
To reproduce, call AcquireStreamForApplicationWithReference function twice, then call ReleaseStreamForApplicationWithReference. The stream stays acquired on Linux, but the stream gets released on Windows.
Replacing the reference count registers with their windows equivalent seems to solve the issue(ie. kVRegReleaseLinuxReferenceCount -> kVRegReleaseReferenceCount) for Windows.
