Missing support for windows arm64?

Problem description

Hello! I've been trying to install the pick package to build a program I've been developing using Github actions however when building on windows 11 arm64 it makes the installation step fail due to some dependency issues, specifically about not finding a suitable version of the library to download.

Thanks for the report. This looks like an upstream packaging limitation in windows-curses: PyPI currently provides win32 and win_amd64 wheels, but no win_arm64 wheels, so pip cannot satisfy pick's Windows dependency on Windows ARM64. I've opened an upstream tracking issue here: zephyrproject-rtos/windows-curses#85
