Add docs/guides/subjects-and-multiword.md covering:

• How subject graphs differ from the synonym map.
• How to load subjects.template.json, enrich it, and reload.
• Multi-word array API + ranking modes with copy-pasteable snippets.
• Side-by-side example: searching 'climate' (zero hits with synonyms) vs { subject: true } (returns weather-themed verses).
• Worked example: AI pipeline producing ['muhammad', 'yunus', 'ibrahim'] → using searchMany with ranking: 'coverage'.
