Replaces the app icon, GUI header logo, report banner and report logo with the new artwork. admin/scripts/generate_logo.py renders all of them from assets/VLEAPP_logo.svg. The banner is the icon with the tool name beside it, and the GUI header logo keeps its height. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
