Re-vendor qnxprobe 1.6: FAT32 and exFAT volumes - #174

qnxprobe 1.6 reads FAT32 and exFAT in addition to QNX6 and ext, so -t raw and -t iva now cover removable media and embedded FAT volumes carried in a vehicle image. No VLEAPP code change: the seekers hand any raw image to the vendored reader and stage what it extracts, so a new filesystem is a re-vendor. The -t raw help, the FileSeekerRaw docstring and admin/docs/raw_image_input.md name the filesystem set, so all three move from 'QNX6 or ext' to include FAT. Verified: -t raw over an exFAT image extracts and reports through VLEAPP, and the Ford Sync Gen3 image returns the same nine artifacts at the same row counts with no database errors. Re-vendors qnxprobe at 1.6 (abrignoni/qnxprobe#3), which adds FAT32 and exFAT reading.
