Generate sample_data values from a test image with --emit - #159

Conversation
Runs the tool on a contributor's own image (zip, tar, gz, or an extraction folder, no registry needed) and prints sample_data values for the artifact modules changed on the branch, or for --modules. Counts print only when the run reached its completion marker; caught database errors and disabled capabilities are reported, and zeros are flagged as unverified. Levels the run-integrity checks and the output_types-aware comparison across cores, so the copies of this script match apart from a three-constant header. Adds an --emit mode to validate_sample_data.py so a contributor can generate sample_data values from their own test image:
Runs the tool on the image (zip, tar, gz, or an extraction folder, no registry needed) and prints paste-ready values for the artifact modules changed on the branch, or for --modules. Nothing prints unless the run reached its completion marker; caught database errors and disabled capabilities are reported, and zeros are flagged as unverified. Levels the run-integrity checks and the output_types-aware LAVA comparison so the copies of this script match across cores apart from a three-constant header.
