ALEAPP 3.6 AppImage Crashes When using GUI buttons

I am currently working on my Linux machine running AlmaLinux 10. I was able to successfully get the AppImages for ALEAPP and iLEAPP installed on this computer. It works all as expected, well except for one thing: it crashes every time I click any of the buttons for loading directories or files for evidence input or loading directories for output.

I'm not sure where logs for this are, but if logs are necessary, I'll provide them when I find them.

What can be my issue when it comes to the app crashing?

you mentioned the OS and version as AlmaLInux 10, but can you share more about the hardware this is running on? Alma looks to be supports on a range of hardware architectures. I believe we are only building AppImage for intel/x64.

@JamesHabben I'm using an x86_64 processor. I have a Ryzen 9 9950x

If you are not running the appImage from a terminal window, can you try that? it may print something to the terminal window that can be helpful.
