--timeoutexpired,send --streamreturnedA2ACLI_ERR_INTERNAL, exit 1. The inactivity error ininternal/utils/timeout.gonow wrapscontext.DeadlineExceeded, so it returnsA2ACLI_ERR_TIMEOUT, exit 5.Fixes #74
