晋升 develop 中已验证的工作区保留、原子文件操作和会话界面改动，包含 PR #1086 的全部 87 个变更文件。
源码：16067fcd67a5f7f9f4f0b4fa4f32c6e35b22217b。develop CI 与双架构镜像均成功。
Staging：develop-20261027-144003 已就绪；真实 API 验证项目移动不变更工作区、旧目录记录可查询、无效绑定拒绝，并完成真实模型对话与 SSE。
真实 daemon 60/60，真实云端重建后 2,001 文件完整校验；真实云端结构化写入旧版本覆盖拒绝通过。此次只部署 Web/服务端，不发布客户端安装包，不引入额外迁移或独立备份系统。
