存储迁移在完整对象清单、现有引用、流式 SHA-256 与目标读写验证通过后才能原子切换；缺失、损坏、源目录不存在、并发上传/删除或未完成分片任务均保留原存储。设置修改、重置和启动环境配置共用保护，旧副本写入被拒绝，取消请求不会提前释放后台 SDK 写入登记。
晋升 develop 8903c19（PR #1082）。该提交完整 CI 通过，staging 已部署并验收 develop-20261027-030116：真实上传、重复文件同 key 复用、签名直链下载、匿名访问拒绝、空目标迁移拒绝且配置不变均通过；临时文件/账号/角色已回收。desktop_dev 一轮真实对话正常收到 done（会话 6cd182cb-0f09-4509-b104-294c7b4ec794）。
本地验证：相关后端测试、真实 MongoDB 并发切换验收、五语错误码覆盖、mypy、Ruff、前端 lint/build 通过。运维说明记录历史版本保留 30 天、独立访问日志保留 14 天，原文件无过期删除；迁移校验不调用 LLM，但全量对象读取有请求和流量费用。
本次仅发布 Web/服务端，不变更稳定客户端通道或重打已发布测试版。未做真实跨云全量搬迁或原生设备测试。
