Tests: Scope Classic block media checkbox locator

What and how?

Scopes the uploaded-file checkbox locator in classic.spec.js to the Media Library tab panel.

Why

This test has been failing for the last few commits.

Probably because of WordPress/wordpress-develop#13053

The media modal now renders two checked checkboxes with the file name, so the unscoped locator fails Playwright's strict mode in "should insert media, convert to blocks, and undo in one step".

Testing

CI should pass.
