Summary

• classify the Finland country composition assessment as curation_required;
• normalize its place and representativeness findings from correction_required to curation_required;
• refresh its derived evidence revision;
• preserve the archetype, selected components, values, evidence, and finding notes unchanged.

Rationale

The existing assessment already marks both place and representativeness as correction_required: four Helsinki city/site profiles are being used as Finland country defaults. Leaving the overall status as agent_assessed makes the entry queue-ineligible without showing it as an explicit blocker. This change records the human composition decision the sidecar already documents; it does not decide that question.

Validation

• linkage warnings: 2 before, 2 after;
• quality warnings: 44 before, 44 after;
• no canonical archetype or parameter value changes.
