• classify the Iceland country composition assessment as curation_required;
• normalize its place and representativeness findings from correction_required to curation_required;
• refresh its derived evidence revision;
• preserve the archetype, selected components, values, evidence, and finding notes unchanged.

Rationale

The existing assessment already marks place and representativeness as correction_required: the Helsinki city energy-use profile is being used in the Iceland country default. Leaving the overall status as agent_assessed makes the entry queue-ineligible without showing it as an explicit blocker. This change records the human composition decision the sidecar already documents; it does not decide that question.

Validation
