What is wrong
The record carries image_source: By Helen Ward and points at http://biggeo.gvc.gu.se/PictureShare/swindon.jpg. The site does not show that photograph and cannot, because no terms of reuse can be established from the source. The host publishes no licence, no metadata and no terms of any kind alongside the file, and "By Helen Ward" names a photographer without naming a licence. The url is http-only besides, so the image would be blocked as mixed content on the https site even if the terms were known.
The file itself resolves today, returning 200 and 75 KB of image/jpeg, so this is a question of permission rather than a dead link. Opening the link above shows which photograph is meant.
What would settle it
A statement from Helen Ward of the terms under which the photograph may be republished, ideally naming a licence, together with a copy reachable over https. She is a former member of this group, so an approach from within it is far more likely to reach her than a cold enquiry, and Sue Grimmond is best placed to make one.
Failing that, a different photograph of a UK suburban neighbourhood carrying its own provenance would serve the same purpose, and the record would point at that instead.
Where this is recorded
db/images.yml, under unresolved:. make check requires every typology carrying a url to appear either there or among the published images, so the omission cannot be forgotten silently. Raised out of #49.
