The composition assessment is stored as agent_assessed, but its place and representativeness findings are both correction_required. The entry is therefore neither eligible for verifier sign-off nor represented as an explicit curation blocker. It should be classified curation_required until a maintainer decides whether the Helsinki city energy-use profile may stand in for the Iceland country default.
Evidence
The existing composition sidecar identifies the selected energy-use profile as a Helsinki city record while the composite is the Iceland country default. No archetype or parameter value needs to change to correct the assessment-state mismatch.
