Release build 2

This is a new beta release which contains the following changes:

• Active VBoot with RO + RW A + RW B slots
• Enforcing Verified & Measured Boot

Release build 1

First release with basic boot support for Rotundu and Elgon.

Elgon:

• systemboot with net- and localboot.
• systemboot with verifiedboot.
• linuxboot tools as live environment.

Rotundu:

• seabios boot
