Picks up gakudan_liveboard v0.1.1, which fixes the dashboard header kanji (楽団) rendering as mojibake (
楽団).Verified on a release: the served header now contains the correct UTF-8 bytes (
e6 a5 bd e5 9b a3) and renders as 楽団.
