This PR replaces crowdin with translated.
It will work in the following steps:
a) A developer adds an adjustment to the english page.
b) They commit the change and make a PR.
c) The PR merges. We hash the files and compare them to the recorded hashes. From these we know which files have been translated and which have not. Each file that does not match the old hash is sent to translated.
d) The changes are synchronous and are immediately available on translation. They are commited to localisation.
e) A PR is made similarly as to crowdin.
Also removed two stale translation files
