Pull request overview

This PR attempts to add a CRDA (CodeReady Dependency Analytics) workflow configuration file along with various GitHub Actions setup templates. However, the file has critical structural issues that will prevent it from functioning as a valid GitHub Actions workflow.

Key Changes:

  • Added CRDA workflow configuration for security scanning
  • Included multiple action configuration templates (stale issue management, .NET, Node.js, Go, Java setup actions, artifact management, and caching)
  • Added workflow triggers including pull_request_target, workflow_call, and workflow_dispatch

💡 Add Copilot custom instructions for smarter, more guided reviews. Learn how to get started.

This file has invalid YAML structure. The content before line 417 appears to be action configuration templates that are not properly integrated into a workflow structure. Lines 1-416 contain fragmented step configurations with inconsistent indentation and no proper job context. A valid GitHub Actions workflow file requires a proper structure with 'name', 'on', 'jobs', and properly indented steps within those jobs.
