Create an IOS app which will be the clone of the open-webui ( this repo) , All the functionalities like openAI served model connections, RAG support, tool use should work, but, the addition being, it should be able to use apple's foundational models framework for LLM's so that the app can continue working offline. I want most code reusability or code equivalence for the new IOS app. You are free to use your own UI with the apple's components, the looks can be made different but functionality and business logic shoud remain same
