theme: fix Pierre colors

[one-om-jha]

Updates my existing themes/pierre.json (author: one-om-jha) with the corrected palette I use locally.

What changed

• Light error was oklch(0 0 0) (black); it is now #d52c36.
• Light accentForeground and messageActionForeground are now #ffffff for contrast on the blue accent.
• Several muted/foreground roles were retuned in both modes (~48 light roles, ~44 dark roles differ by a visible amount).
• Base mode is now dark, with a light variant. It was light with a dark variant.
• Colors are now hex instead of oklch(...). The T3Code parser normalizes them.
• Only appearance, colors, and variants changed. id, author, description, source, and sourceLicense are unchanged.

Checks

• npm run validate: 37 theme files valid.
• Only one theme file changed.
