chore: upgrade to nushell 0.114.0 and fix compile issues

This updates the plugin to target Nushell 0.114.0.

Without rodio's 64-bit feature, the library produces f32 samples instead of f64. This caused a compilation failure when building with the lite feature configuration. Casting the sample to f64 explicitly fixes the build for both configurations. The update also includes basic code formatting.
