Sync the standalone MCP package with the workspace's platform package, including Webflow capture diagnostics, explicit list targeting, and disabled custom form/popup embed guidance.
Also sync workspace default-list validation and existing subscriber, suppression, and landing-page descriptions with the monorepo source.
Validation: standalone MCP focused tests (472 passed) and type-check passed; mirrored source and package configuration match the monorepo.
Companion to https://github.com/polnikale/emailer/pull/793; this branch preserves the existing workspace base and requires reconciliation with current main before merging.
