Description
Currently, Remora.Discord is configured to use a hard-coded base url pointing to the official Discord API. This change will introduce features which allows this base url to be specified by the user.
Why This is Needed
Spacebar instances are self-hosted. The most popular instance currently is the one hosted by the developers of the Fermi client, but we should be able to connect to any theoretical server (provided basic constraints like https support).
