Manual archive (spectra worktree dual-location false positive, same as PR #58/#63/#68). New living spec mcp-surface merges the v1 surface (#80) and the async job mode (#86) ADDED deltas; the v1 tool-list scenario is reconciled with the async extension in one sentence. corpora gains the LibriSpeech standard-benchmark requirement (#88). spectra list = no active changes; validate green.
