Security: Upgrade axios to fix multiple vulnerabilities

Hey! 👋

I noticed the current axios version (0.27.2) has a few security vulnerabilities flagged:

HIGH - DoS attack through lack of data size check (GHSA-4hjh-wcwx-xvwj)
HIGH - SSRF and credential leakage via absolute URL (GHSA-jr5f-v2jv-69x6)
MODERATE - Cross-Site Request Forgery vulnerability (GHSA-wf5p-g6vw-rhxx)

The good news is these are all resolved in axios 1.x. I've put together a PR with the upgrade and the necessary type fixes
