Default / Locked content enhancements (part 2)

• Delete "Default / Locked content" translations when disabling multilingual plugins (WPML, Polylang...) to avoid having duplicates.

• Only allow Target content layout to be set once in the Locked content layouts (set max to 1)

• Possibility to disable Locked content for a specific content from that content (could be a side metabox with a true / false field to bypass Locked content)

• Add "Default content" & "Locked content" into post-type related menu in the admin

• Possibility to "detach" (like Gutenberg does) to grab layouts from related Locked content to the current post.
