The static, inert packaging files for the minimal server .deb (the low- friction entry for Liberte-driven self-upgrade). No build wiring yet — the release-pipeline .deb build+publish (the outward R2 path) is deferred. .runseal/packaging/deb/: - santi.service — User=santi; TimeoutStopSec 620 > shutdown grace 600 so systemd never SIGKILLs a draining turn; EnvironmentFile optional. - santi-upgrade.service — Type=oneshot, User=santi, TimeoutStartSec 900; runs OUTSIDE santi.service's cgroup so an upgrade can stop santi safely. - control (__VERSION__ placeholder), postinst/prerm/postrm — provision the santi user + dirs + systemd enable; never auto-start (needs operator secrets; the orchestrator owns lifecycle); never delete runtime data (soul memory is sacred). - santi.env.example, README.md (decisions + the deferred build-assembly plan).
