Fix or remove legacy /puppet/ and /pe/ internal links #121
Description
Problem
Internal links across the _openvox_8x collection reference legacy /puppet/ and /pe/ paths inherited from the original Puppet documentation:

Discovered while setting up htmlproofer (#120). Currently suppressed via --ignore-urls "/puppet/,/pe/,/puppetlabs/" in the htmlproofer workflow. Once fixed, the ignore list can be removed and the check will cover these paths.
