Summary

openrouter-web #30116 made 402/429 responses machine-readable by attaching limit_source + remedy_hint to error.metadata in the public error body. The skill's error-handling section only told callers to "add credits" / "back off", with no way to distinguish an OpenRouter free-tier cap from a provider shared-pool limit or a key-level limit.

Added a limit_source enum + remedy_hint type and updated the 402/429 rows of the status-code table. The accessor is spelled error.error.metadata (verified against the generated SDK's OpenRouterError/PaymentRequiredResponseErrorData — there is no top-level error.metadata), and both fields are documented as optional since not all limit errors are classified.
