Adds docs/guides/record-windows-rdp-citrix.md to docs.openadapt.ai, the same content as Flow's new page (OpenAdaptAI/openadapt-flow#529): a person or an agent shows the task; what the Windows agent server is and why it's needed when the agent runs on another computer, such as a Mac; how to start it; the OAFLOW_AGENT_TOKEN token; SSH tunnel or HTTPS from another computer; the RDP and Citrix pixel path; --authoring-screens off by default; per-step actor; ChatGPT and Claude.ai through Desktop still guiding a person on these surfaces. It says only mock and stand-in tests cover these paths so far.

Links it from the nav, the guides index, record-your-app.md (new "Let an agent show the task" section), concepts/backends.md, concepts/demonstration-compiler.md, and docs/llms.txt.

Local checks: uv run pytest tests/ -q (544 passed), scripts/validate_docs.py, scripts/check_published_version_claims.py --offline, and mkdocs build --strict pass.

A person or an agent shows the task. Explain the Windows agent server, why
it's needed when the agent runs on another computer, how to start it, the
token, and the RDP/Citrix pixel path. Link it from the guides, the backends
and compiler concepts, and llms.txt.
