2. Implementation Classes: Create two concrete implementations:
   • GitHubForgeClient: Uses octokit (Probot) to fulfill the interface.
   • ForgejoForgeClient: Will use an equivalent Forgejo API client (e.g., via axios or a dedicated Forgejo API wrapper).
3. Dependency Injection: Inject the forge client into services and tools rather than relying on context.octokit directly. This allows us to instantiate the appropriate client at runtime based on the repository source.
