Add a way to Toggle when not using Elytra

For mods like Valkrien Skies and Immersive Aircraft.
Adding a button to toggle the flight hud would enable it to be used on aircraft without direct compatibility with the mods.
This would add more uses for this mod, not just when wearing an elytra.
