Add request and transport stage timing across DramPool and DramStore, including completion summaries and implementation documentation. Preserve the existing debug logs alongside the new performance logs.
Read /proc/loadavg 1-minute average at log time and append cpu_loadavg_1m field to task_done and request_done PERF logs.
