Python compatibility #6

Description

@rjbell4

We encountered issues trying to use AdvantageTrack. We installed the latest version of Python, version 3.14. We were unable to install the dependencies, failing with Pillow 9.2.0.

The instructions just say to install Python 3.6 (which is no longer supported) or later. However, it appears the newest versions of Python do not work.

It appears that Pillow 9.2.0 supports Python 3.10, so we installed that. That got us beyond Pillow 9.2.0. However, we got stuck on netifaces, which complained about needing Microsoft C++ Build Tools, even when we ran with --prefer-binary. The installation instructions made no mention of this dependency.

We followed the provided link and performed a default installation of the Build Tools. However, we still receive the same error:

  note: This error originates from a subprocess, and is likely not a problem with pip.

Assistance resolving these dependencies would be appreciated.
