Summary

• Complete specialized Workspace Settings, Cue List/Cart and typed cue-family reads with shared OSC validation, traversal, redaction, timeouts and safety infrastructure.
• Retain Query and generic Cue Details for cross-type discovery and health/target/editable diagnostics.
• Include the approved Create consolidation: sole public qlab_create_cues, 1–50 ordered mixed types, exact destination and fresh v2 token.
• Remove skills/ and .superpowers/ from Git tracking only; local copies and canonical references remain.
• Align active documentation and preserve dated evidence.
• Add MIT for original code and authored documentation, copyright 2026 MarcheKEN. NOTICE excludes imported QLab/QClass and other third-party material.

Verification

• Final local suite: 3054 passed, 39 subtests passed.
• README/catalogue inventories match all 48 tools; local link targets in 123 tracked Markdown files and active anchors checked before adding LICENSE/NOTICE links.
• uv lock --check and git diff --check pass.
• wheel/sdist builds pass; MIT metadata and LICENSE/NOTICE included, local directories excluded.
• Reference checks also pass without optional local skills/agents.
• No new live QLab writes during closeout. Final GitHub CI must pass before merge.

Known limitations

• Prior Move shallow-health and Delete acknowledgement runtime findings remain pending fixes; this PR does not claim to resolve them.
• Documented implemented reads, runtime-validated variants and deliberate exclusions remain separate.
