- Register ko-KR in LanguageHelper (supported keys, legacy index 4, display name, interface language code normalization for ko/ko-kr/ko_kr) - Add SukiUI ko-kr locale dictionary and map it in SukiTheme
All 786 keys translated. Tutorial texts quote the actual UI labels verbatim and terminology is unified (profile, capture mode, launch, download source).

新增韩语（한국어, ko-KR）界面语言。实现方式与现有的日语（ja-JP）一致，不改动其他语言的行为。
改动内容
MFAAvalonia/Helper/LanguageHelper.csSupportedLanguageKeys、SupportedLanguages中加入ko-KR（显示名：한국어）LegacyLanguageMappings中加入旧版索引4/4L→ko-KRIsKorean()，将 interface 语言代码ko、ko-KR、ko_kr统一归一化为ko-KRko或ko-*，不会把kok（孔卡尼语）等以ko开头的其他语言代码误判为韩语，避免其资源覆盖韩语界面文本MFAAvalonia/Assets/Localization/Strings.ko-KR.resx（新增）Strings.resx的键集合完全一致，无缺失或多余SukiUI/Locale/ko-kr.axaml、ko-kr.axaml.cs（新增）ja-jp.axaml键集合一致SukiUI/Theme/Index.axaml.cs"ko-KR" → ko_kr测试
ko/ko-KR/ko_kr/KO-kr→ko-KR；kok/kok-IN/kos不会被识别为韩语；ja-JP/en-US/zh-CN结果不变备注
