Steps to Reproduce
Binder diversification requires binder to be chain A and target to be chain B. When moving on to "Binder diversification (2/5)", the binder is lighted up in green in the structure visualization and I can click residues I wish to unselect. However, when clicking one, I get:
AssertionError: Expected all redesigned segments to be in chain A, got: ['B26-101']
as if it attempted to change the residues in chain B instead of chain A.
Maybe a bug in the code for selection / contigmap translation?
