Replaced the custom HybridWebUI-based description screen with `dev.mmrlx` WebUI state/view APIs, updated path handlers to the new WebUI interfaces, and switched markdown loading to fetch `/internal/readme.md` from the internal handler. Also added `webui.core`/version-catalog dependency entries, introduced a context `packages` helper to use launchable apps on Google Play builds, and split manifest behavior so `QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES` is present in main but removed for the Play Store flavor.
