About

I am an Engineering Mechanics undergraduate focused on numerical computing, GPU acceleration, and open-source systems.

My current work sits around nonlinear mechanics, finite element simulation, CFD solvers, GPU-side linear algebra, and Linux desktop infrastructure. I like projects where mathematics, engineering judgment, and low-level systems work meet each other.

Current Focus

  • Scientific computing — numerical methods, nonlinear mechanics, FEM validation, and solver behavior.
  • GPU acceleration — CUDA-side data movement, sparse linear algebra, and solver performance.
  • CFD / solver infrastructure — SU2, OpenFOAM, and the linear algebra path beneath large-scale simulation codes.
  • Linux desktop systems — Arch Linux, Hyprland, rendering behavior, ICC/color pipeline issues, and compositor debugging.
  • Open-source maintenance — AUR packaging and upstream contribution workflows.

Selected Work

  • SU2 GPU linear algebra optimization
Reducing redundant CUDA-side matrix transfers and improving solver data movement across repeated matrix-vector operations.

  • Hyprland ICC / blur rendering investigation
Debugging ICC-enabled blur transparency behavior on a high-refresh 10-bit display pipeline.

  • Nonlinear beam deflection computation
Numerical calculation and FEM validation for the failure boundary of linear beam theory under large deflection.

  • OpenSeesPy on AUR
Maintaining structural analysis tooling for Arch Linux users.

  • reinplayer-bin on AUR
Packaging and maintaining desktop/media tooling for Arch Linux.
