What does this pull request do?

This adds the .lua for the Crystal War Quest "Her Memories: Azure Footfalls" (7 70)

Steps to test these changes

Add Wings of The Goddess Mission "Her Memories" (!addmission 5 40)
Set campaign allegiance to Bastok (!cnation 2)
Zone into North Gustaberg [S] (!zone 88)
Go into Bastok Markets [S] for a cutscene
Talk to Adelbrecht for a cutscene (!gotoid 17134031)
Talk to Gebhardt for a cutscene (!gotoid 17138473)
Talk to Roderich for a cutscene (!gotoid 17138474)
Interact with the Barricade for a cutscene (!gotoid 17138471)
Talk to Adelbrecht again for the final cutscene and quest completion (!gotoid 17134031)

@Xaver-DaRed I just squashed everything into a single commit. Thanks, again for your patience. I'm getting better at using Git, but it's a process.

I also found a full video of the quest from retail on Youtube, instead of just the cutscenes. I linked it in my previous comment. This confirms the trigger NPCs for the cutscenes that were listed on FFXIclopedia.
