Fix upgraded sing-box configurations that retain proxy nodes but lack the fail-closed ai-chatgpt, ai-gemini, ai-grok, and ai-claude selectors. Canonicalizes jq output, rejects malformed no-jq caches and stale members, and forces subscription refresh for legacy runtime configs.\n\nIncludes v1.1.19 release metadata and an updated real-device AI website acceptance gate.\n\nValidation: bash scripts/pre-commit.sh (exit 0).\n\nLive device/site testing was skipped at the user's explicit request.
