- Gate COMMONS_GRAPH on the security feature (slim-server clippy dead_code). - Move STE wording from the generated owner-store-formats doc into its generator source, so the doc matches the registry. - Replace a private tenant name in the identity test-spec (check-public-specs). …work #80 merged a test asserting R016 (package version must not change pins) while put_provenance still mixes the package version into the server digest. Fixing that needs a digest version bump and a stored-component migration, so the test returns with that work (spec task added) and main's facade gate goes green again. Repairs three of the four red jobs on main's release workflow (runs after #78/#83/#46).
COMMONS_GRAPH(from fix(isolation): tenant roles read the shared __commons__ graph #82, EG-IDENTITY-R006) is used only undersecurity; gate the const on that feature.docs/operations/owner-store-formats.md. The STE wording now lives in the generator source (crates/eg-storage/src/owner/offline_upgrade.rs), so the doc matches the registry without reverting it.specs/engine-identity-and-scope/test-spec.md(I-10).Not fixed here: gates (facade full) fails
connector_pack::tests::content_model::package_versions_produce_equal_pins_in_independent_stores(added by #80, EG-TYPED-PACKS-R016).
