Describe the specification dashboard history now provided by pipelines#27: bounded first-parent observations drive burndown, source-landed velocity, and the delivery timeline. Commit timestamps are observations; release and deployment dates remain unknown without explicit evidence.
This changes only four lines of docs/index.md and uses the existing docs-only main-push Pages path to refresh the provider. No workflow, permissions, runtime, native build input, or release publication behavior changes. Coordinate the single main movement with the PR63 receipt owner and CI coordinator; native qualification remains separate.
Validation: strict MkDocs build and all normal commit/pre-push hooks passed using existing cached environments. Exact head: 6b9af31.
