…e (EG-DURABLE-KERNEL-R007) Spawns the real epistemic-graph-server binary and exercises the store-upgrade inspect/apply subcommands against a disposable empty data directory, proving the CLI wiring (clap subcommand parsing, exit status propagation) end to end. Prior coverage was library-level only (store_upgrade::inspect/apply unit tests), leaving the actual command-line surface named by EG-DURABLE-KERNEL-R007 untested. …gration branch - orphan-modules: wire crates/eg-capabilities/tests/consistency/row_count.rs (added by #123) into tests/consistency.rs's mod tree. - registry-test-ownership: add tests/operator_command_store_upgrade_cli.rs (added by #105) to eg.binary-composition's test_roots. - contract-method-reachability: add the missing QueryForeignColumns contract/methods.json entry (#123 added the wire Method variant and the schemas but never the catalog row); bump method_count 462 -> 463 in both contract/methods.json and its epistemic_graph/ mirror, and in receipt.json. - security/check_secret_history: add 5 reviewed, digest-pinned exceptions for already-pushed commits carrying synthetic/documentation DSN fixtures (RFC-reserved .invalid/.internal hosts, documented placeholder words) -- manually verified none are live credentials. All three local fast gates (orphan-modules, registry-test-ownership, contract-method-reachability) plus check_public_specs, check_tracked_privacy and check_secret_history now pass locally.
