Fix typo in SystemHeatBoiloff patch's volume property. (#102) - #159

The volume is meant to be half the mass, but a "@" prefix is needed to modify the existing property; otherwise it adds a new one. (MM ignores the asterisk when adding a new property, so the line was equivalent to just "volume = 0.5", and ModuleSystemHeat seems to use the value from the last volume property when there's more than one, so the volume ended up being 0.5 for everything.)
