Generated parser has extra newlines on windows

I have a linux-generated files in the repo, and when i regen on windows, i see this:

User may have different git settings, e.g. as-is - as-is, and in such case it may want to be able to specify the line endings for the generated code.

However, as you can see, extra lines are only in these comments with rule dumps. The rest of the code is fine.

Sound dramatic. Feels like just an option in bnf with several variants. Still not sure if we really need it. just a thought. I'll check this but it is not really 'easy', other os, updates and so on. opening it once per month to fix something. will do asap.

Well, it adds extra moving parts, it is also going to be different in IDE plugin and CLI.
The bug with extra lines is new and it's fixed in this branch.
Adding additional settings that nobody ever asked for does not feel right...
