docs(jans-fido2): add native app readiness user guide (#15426) - #15523
Replaces #15445, which carried nine commits, most of them from lower slices that have since merged. The content here is rebuilt on a fresh branch from main, and the CodeRabbit comments from #15445 are fixed.
Implementation Details
Docs only (slice 4d). Documents the native app readiness check delivered by #15431 (FIDO2 endpoint, cache, rate limits, audit) and #15433 (Config API wrapper).
Adds docs/janssen-server/fido/native-app-readiness.md, a user guide for the check that compares an RP's deployed assetlinks.json and apple-app-site-association files with its configured native app entries.
Adds a "Native App Readiness" entry to the FIDO nav in mkdocs.yml.
Adds a "Native app readiness" section and a link to the guide in docs/janssen-server/fido/fido2-server-properties-config.md. The guide links to that section.
The autogenerated fido2-properties.md is not edited.
Changes since #15445, from its review and from #15433:
nativeReadinessEnabled is required to run the check; nativeReadinessAllowExternalFetch is needed only to check the deployed files. The guide no longer says both must be true.
The 10-second limit is described as the HTTP fetch deadline. The name lookup happens before it starts and is bounded only by the server's DNS resolver.

Summary
Enablement and routes docs/janssen-server/fido/native-app-readiness.md, docs/janssen-server/fido/fido2-server-properties-config.md, mkdocs.yml
The guide and properties page describe enablement defaults and request routes. FIDO2 / Passkeys navigation links to the guide.
Results and platform checks docs/janssen-server/fido/native-app-readiness.md
The guide documents response fields, result statuses, platform checks, and configuration-only results.
Fetch controls and audit docs/janssen-server/fido/native-app-readiness.md, docs/janssen-server/fido/fido2-server-properties-config.md
The documentation describes fetch restrictions, caching, rate limits, and audit fields.
Operators may misinterpret readiness responses and audit results, but the issues are limited to documentation and are straightforward to correct.

Explanation
Active issue #15426 requires the user guide, FIDO2 navigation entry, and properties-page link. The supplied PR evidence shows all three changes. The guide covers the required check IDs and result meanings, Apple CDN caching, CMS-signed AASA limits, enablement, both routes, SSRF controls, caching, rechecks, rate limits, audit fields, and exclusion of file contents. The guide describes the shipped distinction between nativeReadinessEnabled and nativeReadinessAllowExternalFetch. The PR reports a successful mkdocs build. Closed issue #15360 supplies context only.
Full details: Out of Scope Changes check
Explanation
The supplied change summary shows only the new readiness guide, the FIDO2 navigation entry, and documentation changes in fido2-server-properties-config.md. These changes support issue #15426. No code changes, property-table edits, autogenerated fido2-properties.md edits, or unrelated follow-up changes are shown.

Explanation
The pull request description follows the required template. It includes the preparation checklist, target issue, implementation details, testing and documentation status, and explains that static analysis and tests are not applicable to this documentation-only change. The unchecked no-impact-on-docs item is appropriate because this pull request adds documentation.

When native readiness is disabled, NativeReadinessService.check returns the disabled result before it checks the RP ID. An unknown RP ID therefore returns the existing 200 result. When readiness is enabled, an unknown RP ID returns 404.
The direct FIDO2 controller also maps unexpected exceptions to ErrorResponseFactory.unknownError(...), which produces a 500 response. The 500 case is not limited to the Config API route.

Minor · Describe warn as inconclusive. · native-app-readiness.md:106-110
When external fetching is disabled for configured apps, NativeReadinessService emits fetch.skipped with WARN and states that the deployed files were not checked. Operators cannot infer that the file works from this warning; its readiness is unknown.

Minor · Correct the no-app PASS/WARN statement for the case where… · native-app-readiness.md:114-150
Correct the no-app PASS/WARN statement for the case where neither platform has apps.
The sentence "A platform with no configured apps is not fetched. Its list holds one pass saying so." is true only when the other platform has apps. When neither platform has apps, the check does not emit a pass. It emits config.android and config.ios as warn. The guide's final paragraph under Checks says the same thing, so the two statements conflict. An operator with an RP that has no native apps can see WARN where the guide says PASS.
Suggested fix
-A platform with no configured apps is not fetched. Its list holds one `pass` saying so.+A platform with no configured apps is not fetched. When the other platform has apps, its list holds one `pass` saying so. When neither platform has apps, each list holds a `warn` (`config.android` or `config.ios`) instead.

Minor · Qualify the content.ios.cdn warning. · native-app-readiness.md:152-164
The readiness service emits content.ios.cdn only when the Apple fetch returns HTTP 200 with a non-truncated body. Failed, non-200, or truncated fetches do not emit this check, so operators must use the fetch result to diagnose those cases.
Suggested fix
-This is why `content.ios.cdn` is always a `warn`.+When the Apple association fetch returns HTTP 200 without truncation, the check emits `content.ios.cdn` as a `warn`. Failed, non-200, or truncated fetches do not emit this check.

Minor · Describe resolvedIpClass as an address or outcome label. · native-app-readiness.md:214-218
Describe resolvedIpClass as an address or outcome label.
NativeReadinessService.ipClass() labels TIMEOUT, TLS_FAILED, and CONNECTION_FAILED as public. Therefore, public does not mean that the fetch reached a public address. Update the description to include fetch outcomes.
Suggested fix
