Currently xwin saves vs manifest files as
manifest_{version}.jsonwhich causes different channel manifests to override each other (and thus invalidate the cache).This PR changes the vs manifest filename to
manifest_{version}_{channel}.jsonwhich avoids this conflict entirely and does not break current behavior.
